Back when I was working as a clinical LMT I once worked on a kid, he was probably around 11 or 12, who was a competitive swimmer. After talking to him for a bit and asking how he liked swimming I could immediately tell he wasn't that into it and it was painfully obvious it was his parents pushing it on him. Dr Mike makes an excellent point about not forcing your kids into sports if they don't want to do them.
I don’t like it because of how my body reacted to it. I only took like 4 grams a day for a week and I was super thirsty all the time even though I was drinking a gallon of water a day. Not only that but I was super dizzy at work and while working out afterwards. Just wasn’t for me.

Why are you hating on Mentzer as if it's an obsolete method? The training method clearly works with less time spent training. Max's physique is a testament to the training philosophy. Why would I want to follow a traditional program that's 3-5x/week when I can get better or similar results in half the time. I've trained for a decade including going through a D1 college football training program. I'm 6'3 235lbs with a 6-pack following a Mentzer method of training and I've never had a better physique. and talking about Mike losing body building competitions to other guys is hilarious given the scam the 1980 Olympia was. He was also the first body builder to get a perfect score. Please provide more data & studies refuting the point too, would love to extrapolate that data and see how his philosophies can be built upon. Thanks Mikey *Rubs bald head*

Is it possible to do more than one program at a time? Im a nurse, but I also do personal training on the side for a handful of clients and being able to create different profiles inside one subscription would take this app to the next level. Even if they only let you have 5 sub profiles to start and have us pay for extra per month for more. I hope that makes sense! The app would not only target individuals but you could get use this software for various gyms around the world! Just a thought! Thanks RP!

Gym bros. I don’t see how after a certain point, losing flexibility for muscle gain can be a good thing when the heart is acting like a hydraulic dam instead of a pump. Adrenaline can make you like 10-20x stronger…it doesn’t make your heart or anything more flexible. You cannot have both flexibility and strength. Try and you will get badly hurt.
